IFB Washing Machine - IFB Refunding less amount than paid

I have purchased IFB washing Machine from flipkart by paying ***** INR in online transaction, plus Whirlpool washing machine as exchange worth **** INR, plus **** INR as they felt exchanged unit is worthful for only **** post to Inspection. Flipkart has delivered Machine in good shape, however IFB technician who came for Installation damaged the unit and their superior has requested a replacement unit.

When I received replacement unit, it was not Bijli certified, and while speaking to IFB one more time, they have ordered *nd Replacement.

Post to wait of three days, when I inquired I came to know IFB does not have same unit in stock and they told me they will refund the amount paid. Since it was bought under exchanged scheme, I asked for clarification on receiving amount, Their officer Pravin Rathod has confirmed it will be ***** INR and IFB has nothing to do with exchange scheme.

After six more days, when I didn't receive the refund cheque, I again inquired to IFB and they told cheque has been dispatched from their end. However post to *-* hours then, I receive call from their Account department and they are trying to convince me to take refund of ***** INR. I am not happy that my old machine went outside of my reach for * INR, and since all chaos were created by IFB, they should be paying me full amount at least. I am not talking of interest on my money, Paid hours of mine, nor the money I have wasted in their chargeable call services.
