Gopal Pradhan filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 24, 2019
I have waited for * hour ** mins and my order wasn't delivered. The delivery executive was at restaurant and they updated that my order was picked up by someone else and the executive was waiting for swiggy call which no one called for almost ** mins
At *:** I called the executive and he was clueless of what needs to be done. A person from swiggy calls * minutes later and then he stated he has placed the order again and will be delivered in ** mins. At ** PM I chat with your executive and he stated that the items were not available.
If SWIGGY wants to play with customers then it's not the right forum. I felt like a sadistic mindset from swiggy end to harass customer.
The supervisor Ajmer he was so sadistic.
If this is the way swiggy serves it's customers then am sorry I am uninstalling the app. This is just idiotic. After * hour and ** minutes. I could not travel and hence I ordered via your app and this kind of response is not acceptable.
Total crap and bullshit
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
