Upstox - ID Fund not reflacting in my upstox acc I have transferred in Upstox account

I taking a follow-up for the last * weeks for my transaction.
First of all, I am not able to add money through any payment mode given in the Upstox application.
I have tried multiple times with UPI, Net Banking but always gets failed
You Upstox support team suggest me to add fund through, IMPS for trial first I have transferred ***Rs.
And I have share a screenshot on your chat system and then after some time money gets successfully added in Upstox trending a/c,
Then I have added * Lac Rs. Then you team says due to bank account link problam not able to add fund in your treding account, and money not reflected,
I have raised ticket [*******] for the same.
I called multiple times with Upstox team but my issue is not resolved.
Today I word with the team he told me till today your issue will get resolved, the same thing he told me yesterday.
