Ibell - iBell Insect Killer Machine Both tubes stopped working

I ordered the iBell Insect Killer machine on ** May **** with * year warranty (till ** May ****). Just in * month, one of the tube light stopped working, so we called customer care number. Firstly, they didn't pick the calls then, after trying for **-** times, finally they received and told us that they will courier the spare tube within one week. They told us this on ** June and now it's been about a month that we are still waiting for it.
I done so many follow-ups with them and asked them to send the track request. They always told like "We don't have the tracking link, once we got, will share". They lied like this to me for *-* weeks that tracking link will be shared today/tomorrow etc.
And now the worst situation is that the second tube light (probably the last one) also stopped working. I am really frustrated. Please help to get the refund back.
