purchased ibell crown induction stove during amazon great indian festival in October ****, stove broke down in early December ****, i immdiately lodged for a warranty claim for the same, i was informed that the issue will be resolved in a week and spare parts and technician will be promptly dispatched. i recived no updates for a week, i called and was informed that the parts were dispatched, radio silence for another week, i call again and am now informed that my particular model is out of stock and it will take more than two weeks to restock and then additonal time to dispatch and fix the issue. Extremely frustating as i cannot cook and held off on buying another induction as i was assured of swift repair. i lost a good deal having to eat outside for the time being.
Consumer please be informed of ibell post sale service, i am fine with the product itself, but the post sale service and warranty is extremely poor
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
