Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: today i ordered a waffle from the belgian waffle co
the order took more than ** min to deliver
the delivery guy was roaming around for ** min after picking up the order from the restaurant
the delivery location from my home to the restaurant was around *.* km
when i called he said that he was in my street only but in the app it showed somewhere else
after waiting for that long time i received the food with torn package and leaked icecream inside it and waffle became fully melted and was leaking
It occurred on: */**/****
i just want my money back this is totally unfair it was the problem with zomato delivery guys or restaurant
