Hathway Hyderabad - I want refund of amount 425 and want to return the Device without any rent payment for that

The following email was sent to Hyderabad Hathway help desk on **th October ****.

My Broad band account Number is **********.
Due to Covid Situation, We moved temporarily to hometown from Hyderabad in the month of may ****.
I received a call from Hathway customer care named Sai with Mobile Number ********** and his whatsapp no-********** on *th August.
He offered me Pay now and use later option to pay amount *** Rupees and use for two months later once I come back to Hyderabad in the month of December ****.
I believed it and recharged for the same - Transaction Reference ID is ********** on *th Aug ****.
I have sent the same screen shot to him over whatsapp.

Now we are in Hyderabad and want to activate the same.
Please help me on this.

I raised request for device return and they are again asking for *** Rs for Rent of the device.
First thing they did not activate my account for the advance payment which was done in the month of August ****.
I want to return the device without any rent payment or I should first get the refund of Rupees *** which was paid in August.
The caller at that time said that I can pay in august and use it later in december **** or Jan ****.
