I have my Airtel connection in safe hold. I connected with Airtel customer service to get my connection disconnected. They asked some many questions and finally said they have disconnected my connection. I cleared pending bills after my first call. Then I see again they generated bill contacted them again. They said they have disconnected my connection I have recording of second call. But still bills are generating. I feed with long waits in customer service calls and I have start again with their a lot questions.
