Zomato - I received an product with ants on it

At first I got call from zomato delivery person said i'm at your location so I said please wait I am coming then I got a notification of your order has been delivered. After *-*min. We arrive and start searching for him when we don't found we try to call him on his number when he is not answering after *-* calls we call zomato help line number and they didn't answer our call. We already wasted **min. Then my friend say let's try again one more time on delivery boy and by chance he picked up and said he already give to gate keeper now I say to him who said u to give to him and blaa... Bla.... Something more then when we reach to gate keeper he gave us the order with ants on it and we again try to contact zomato support team by chats and calls they didn't answer. We think we ask for replacement of order but after wasting * hour we decide to through in garbage. Here we are with zero support by zomato.
