I had a flight on ** April from Bangalore to Ayodhya(FZ*BJV) at *:** am.
I had already done web check-in and had the boarding pass with me.I reached the airport luggage check in at *:** am but staff told me to go that counter and wasted my time.When I asked them that I have flight at *:** am so please give me priority manager told that now flight is closed and you can not board the flight.
So I asked for rescheduling of flight but they told that no flight is available, and because you are late you have to rebook the flight.
I asked them to check the cctv footage that I came on time and it is not my fault.
This is because of air India express mismanagement and I had to bear the financial loss of ***** rupees and mental harassment also by rude staff.
I claim full refund and apology from the air India express.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
