I placed an order from Savana by Urbanic for items worth ₹****. The order was delivered to me, but the app is not showing that the order has been delivered. Because of this, I am unable to cancel the order or request a return or refund. Additionally, the items I received do not fit me properly, and I am facing inconvenience and financial loss. I request that the issue be resolved and the delivery status be updated so that I can cancel the order and get a refund.
