I travelled from New Sagar Bus Stop Pune to New Panvel. And base fare was **km **** Rs. I paid the amount **** Rs by Gpay also. When I reached destination,driver said to pay bill amount with toll in cash.But the amount driver said to pay ****+*** toll amount total ****Rs after ride end which I paid by cash.
When I checked my bill details at home. it was something different. Travelled km are too high which is not possible.may be my driver put wrong km in hiis odometer reading while putting the stop OTP.
So please look into this matter because I paid by gapy also and cash also.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
