Croma - I m not able to use gift card

I've been ordering and trying to order since past few days but still I'm not able to use my gift card which is of number ****************. Very poor service from croma guys. I went to the outlet yesterday too still not able to use it. Kindly help me out. Very very bad service from you people. My money has also been deducted several times , I'm not able to understand neither any of croma's employee is. Kindly help me out and help me ordering through this gift card. People at the outlet also said it'll be redeemed online but when I ordered through their system then also I was not able to order the product. They were unable to understand and just told me to wait I've been waiting since a week I think they can't resolve the issue.
