I hv purchased a Activa ** litre geyser online at amazon.in. The geyser was delivered on **rd November ****. However it is not working since **. Jan ****. The company told me to bring it to thei factory for repair. They repaired it but again it is not heating water and the red indicator is also not blinking.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
