I purchased a Geyser through Amazon in December **. Around ** days back I faced problem of Electricity Leakage. Somehow on their whatsapp no. I gave details on **-**-****. Till than I am only following with them. Now for past some time, customer care is neither responding nor now taking up calls. One can understand how much severe issue is electricity leakage but these people have no concern even after ** days of making complaint.
