I Hv Purchased An Activa ** Litre Geyser Online At Amazon.In. The Geyser Was Delivered On **rd November **** at my residence K-***, Park Elite Premium Project, BPTO, Sector **, Faridabad, Haryana-******.
However the geyser worked properly for one one month and It Is Not Working Since **. Jan ****.
The Company Told Me To Bring It To Their Factory at Bawana which is ** KM one way from my residence at Faridabad For Repair. After taking leave from office for one day on **.**.**** i took it to their actory where They Repaired It But when iagain installed it at my home on **.**.**** Again It Is Not Heating Water And The Red Indicator Is Also Not Blinking.
The product is a defective product. I want a replacement of my geyser immediately.
