Travolook - I haven t received my refund from travolook

I booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to pune on **th of July they said it will take ** min to confirm my ticket and that got cancelled and I asked them for refund, they said it will take ** days to show but I need to travel soon and I need the money, since while paying it only took ** second so I guess for a refund a day is enough and also my flight ticket not got booked so the money never went to airline and it is just kept by these frud people of travolook, udyog vihar gurgram
