I have made a booking made on the **th of this month. Unfortunately, when I went the location the car I booked was unavailable, and as per our communication, the refund was scheduled to be processed by yesterday, the **rd.
However, I have not yet received the refund. I have tried to contact zoomcar many times but there is no response
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
