Respected sir/madam,
Sir I have paid the quotation for the problem in my laptop, my case ID is : ********** on **th June.
It was assured that the service person will be coming to home with in **-** hrs, but there was no response from your side. So I resolved my issue regarding to my laptop after waiting for nearly * weeks after regularly contacting service center and hp helpline( as there was no response from either of the people). So I have requested for refund a month ago. I have already mailed regarding this but there is no response, and I have also called so many times but there was no further response.
Please do the needful at the earliest and make sure that my money will be refunded immediately. Thanking you
