I placed an order on Amazon.in for Pexpo Flamingo ISI Certified Hot & Cold Flask (Pack of *) under Order No. ***-*******-******* and paid a total amount of ₹**** (including taxes) on ** December ****.
Upon delivery, I received only ONE flask instead of two. The outer box was delivered, but the contents inside were incomplete. I immediately contacted Amazon customer support multiple times to report the issue.
Amazon refused to provide a refund or replacement, repeatedly stating that the “box was intact”. However, an intact outer box does not guarantee that the contents inside were complete. This is clearly a fulfilment/packing failure that occurred before delivery.
I escalated this issue through all available channels, including the Account Specialist team and the National Consumer Helpline, but Amazon has continued to deny my legitimate refund and has even restricted my account instead of resolving the issue.
Due to Amazon’s refusal to take responsibility, I have suffered financial loss of ₹**** and mental harassment. I am a genuine customer and I am only asking for a refund of the amount I paid for the missing item.
I request immediate intervention so that Amazon.in refunds ₹**** and resolves this matter fairly.
