I have booked the zoom car on **/**/** at * :pm to **/**/** at *pm i have uploaded the picture on zoom car and start my journey and on gurgaon toll I have noticed that fast tag have no money so I have recharge the fast tag *** with Paytm app but the fast tag is Blocklist so I call to coustomer care of zoom car and update all the information they told me you just pay all the tolls i case we will refund you so i have given the tolls in case in double amount total amount is about **** but when i end my journey they just refund *** and also give me outstanding of **** of fule but when i pick up the car the fule indicator is same as. The at end of my journey. And i have the prove i upload at start time and end of journey. With video but they say that you have to pay outstanding amount and when i asked for my refund the told it's fake. I cannot refund my i have the prove and transaction ID and screenshot of my payment
