Varun filed complaint against Swiggy on Feb 8, 2022
I have ordered from behroz biryani my order number was-******** and instead of biryani I got an order from fassos there was three roll when decided to complain on app my conversation was closed immediately and I was told complain on email when I complained on email and sent them photos of wrong order I got reply that Swiggy is unable to validate this so Swiggy will not compensate this is how Swiggy is looting now a days
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
