Hi,
I have purchased LVAC vaccum cleaner from Eureka Forbes Ltd in ** Nov ** and after * months the product started with issues and was not working well. I made a complaint in Jan** and they replaced one part of it. Then again now the product is not working well. The said vaccum cleaner is not doing wet cleaning it only do dry cleaning. I have raise it with Eureka on **th Oct **** (Request No. CM-******-******** and many reminder number after that) and since then waiting for their service, but neither no one turns up nor got any call from them. I have doubt that they are waiting to expired warranty period of the product and then they will revert and will charge me for their services. This is very ridicules. The warranty period is getting over of the said product on **th of Nov **.
Please help me with this issue.
