On **th Nov **** I was sweet talked by their representative that the robot will cross thresholds independently etc. From day * it is not going back to its charging dock and shuts down while cleaning several times. I am attaching a video of the same. In spite of repeated promises of replacing the same now they have stopped taking my calls. I am a ** years old and undergone a major surgery a month back. I have to lift the robot and put it in the charging dock. Kindly get my money refunded as I am a retired person with many health issues.
