I have purchased Robo L-VAC +VOICE Vacuum cleaner on **/**/**** thru their sales rep Mr Umapathi, Mob no ********** , He told that he will send me the Invoice by mail/ whats app even after several follow up i never got the invoice , The machine was was running for few months , suddenly it was started giving problem and slowly it stopped working again i called him and ask for the invoice in the month of June **** but he never issued the invoice after several follow. Finally i fed-up i took the machine to their service Centre, they checked i found out that the Invoice was prepared on one Mrs Anita name on enquiry it was found that she was wife of Mr Umapathy. Company cheated me with our proper invoice
As a next step i contacted Mr Shree Kumar , Coimbatore sales head , he directed me to contact Mr Illayaraja , He in turn asked me contact Mr Karthick Raja . Karthick raja told me to get back the machine from service Centre and assured me that he will get me the replacement it was going on for more than i month and at the end he also raised his hand , again they cheated and Humiliated me
Finally i have decided to send mail to company CEO , until now i had send more than ** mails and reminder but at the end i got frustrated, humiliated but my problem is still not addressed
I here by lodge a complaint against Ms Eureka Forbes LVac Vacuum Cleaner to replace the unit at the earliest and rupees ONE lakh as a compensation for the mental torture , wrong promise and humilation
