My jewellery was under warranty period and it started getting black. I have asked for re-plating of jewellery but the company said as it is under warranty period we will replace the item with new piece. We have waited and then customer care executive told us that it is not in stock so will do refund in wallet. But i dint receive anything for last * weeks. I have asked for money return to original source account but they dint get agree on that. Now how and when can i get the refund?
