From last ** days i had calling and emailing giva customer care and giva grievance team looping this companies CEO mail. Still they're not resolving my issue after so many email and reminderes they're not answering my emails my issue is I had order one earring from online site they're damage after returning request so many complaining same they give me damage product now I want exchange but they're not responding as per their terms and conditions of policies they're liable to give me exchange product but they're not receiving my call and email
