Cashify - I didn t get the phone due to their glitch

I had ordered oneplus** on **th Jan **** which cost me ***** and I had purchased it in exchange of oneplus nord ce * phone. But while delivery boy came to pickup my exchange and deliver my product then he denied to pick it up because in cashify diagnose app it shows it is Demo/MDM mode so he can't pick it. I had dropped email on **th Jan visit even cashify, bluedart & oneplus service center but no response received yet. Mailed customer care of many time everytime they mail and informed that escalation team will revert you soon and escalation team but from **th jan I didn't received any solution or proper email. And due to this my order has been cancelled. And even I had share a service slip which provided by oneplus authorized service center which stated that there is no fault in this phone. And now you see I had paid for phone moving here and there but still can't get it. this is really pathetic service by cashify. even they haven't drop email to bluedart.
this is how they treated there customer
due to this I had loss my * working days. even I had purchased oneplus nord CE * from the official store of Oneplus in NIT * faridabad.
shopkeeper said go to cashify, cashify said go to service center and this is how i am roling here and there. but no one care. I dropped multiple of email but no response.
Now I want they should face something on it because this is too much
