.I am really disappointed with your service during this covid time. Due to lockdown your flights were not operating and I wasn't able to travel at all. After contacting you guys *** times , you issued a voucher for me which said that I can still use the voucher till **st march,****. I asked you guys to extend my voucher on Sep *,****and your company replied to me on a facebook post that you guys are looking for the policies and update me.Now as of today, when I check my account I cannot see any voucher for me. This is really frustrating and pathetic. You guys are cheater. Please refund my amount. I don't want any voucher again. Please do that as soon as possible as now supreme court has ordered to airlines to refund the amount of air tickets booked during lockdown. If I do not get my refund I will surely take legal action against this company.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
