Book My Show - I booked 2 movie tickets but that movie was played before show timings

I booked * tickets for beast movie in asain cinemas , chintal, hyderabad on **th April *:**pm show, when I went to theater they said that movie was played on *:**pm , on *:**pm another movie playing, I got confirmation mail from book my show for *:**pm show and in book my show itself but later movie time is over then they updated movie time in bookmyshow immediately I raised complaint they said **-** hours they will solve it's been *days still not resolved even I'm trying to contact no one is responding. Here I'm attaching the proofs I got from confirmation from bookmyshow
