myself Beena Harak bhattkhatri my flight spicejet was on *thjune at **.**hrs arrival to Mumbai **.**hrs
When I arrive to Mumbai airport,there was nothing like that as I have paid double the amount, please check I have not received any mail or any message in my mobile I can send u my contact number and both email id

Full compensation,I have spoke to customer care they said it's our fault we have not send any mail or messages to any customer u can check full details,if u want to talk to me call in **********.
