I accidentally deposited an unsupported coin in coindcx from Cwallet and it was successful. I have connected with coindcx support and escalated the concern and talked to a supervisor too, they are just telling they can't do anything and asked to think as the money has been vanished in blockchain and coindcx wont return it back.
Help me retrieve it please
