I have purchased Hyundai Creta from Lakshmi Hyundai Kalyan Nagar Bangalore, charged me **k on accessories, which are not worth and found to be not genuine,
Shark fin antenna charged:****(fitted ones is of **** bugs)
Front grill: *****(three times of actual cost)
Fog lamps: ****
Roof rails:****(charged double)
Steering control & Infotainment: *****(not ready to provide bill)
During *st service, I complained FM radio not supported/accessible, same guy who coordinated on accessories confirmed shark fin antenna fitted is of **** and said will check n come back, till date no response.
Least bothered in services post Sales and several calls on feed back, no action taken from Hyundai on grievances of Customers.
