Hyundai creta - Customer service and hidden charges

Hope you are good and staying safe.

I would like draw your attention as an official complaint about the purchase of Hyundai Creta E Variant purchased **/**/****.

I have a concern about the vehicle I purchased today from Sachin Hyundai Haldwani (Nainital) . Creta Phantom Black.

I’m not happy with the service the team provided today it was really shameful to speak to them in such a disgusting behaviour and there was no help provided from the dealer including manager.


I have been charged the extra stocking charge for Rs**** , Rs**** for unwanted accessories, Rs*** fastag which is free from Bank and Paytm, Rs**** for RTO handling charges . These all above are the additional hidden charges showroom have charged me and after asking to take it off they declined .

It’s really hard to explain how we felt about the experience in regards to customer service at your showroom the manager was so rude and said you buy it like this or don’t we don’t care.


Please help me with all these extra charges as I am not really happy with the service provided.
