I have booked online for paid service of my Hyundai creta car bearing registration number OD**R**** to take service from Aditya car care pvt Ltd NH-* Dasbatia,Tamando,Bhubaneswar on **.**.****.The company raised bill amounting Rs.****/ which covers spare parts cost Rs ****/ and labour charge Rs ****/.The labour charge costs Rs ****/ as periodic maintenance service (PMS) In addition to that the company raised once more in AC disinfectant, engine cleaning, service to pro medium, throttle body cleaner amounting to Rs ****/ extra.As the latter items are also part of PMS. Therefore an extra amount about Rs****/ is charged as per good will of service engineer.The same type of work can be done in other authorised dealer of Hyundai motors, which on contact informed maximum amount I have to pay only Rs****/.
Please look into the matter personally.
