HYUNDAI - Hyundai Creta booked 5 Months ago Car did not delivered still

Booking No.* I first book Hyundai Creta SX Diesel / Automatic / Black car on **th Feb **** by paying Rs **,*** at Sri Lakshmi Hyundai Automotive Pvt Ltd JNTU Rd, K P H B Phase *, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana ******. I was promised to deliver the car within ** weeks of my booking and I still did not have any update from the dealer about the car delivery. When I tried to reach out Managers, Cust Service Heads and AGM nobody responds properly and they ignore calls. Booking No. * As there was a delay in my initial booking on **th April ****. I additionally paid Rs **,*** for booking for same model car with Mr Nagesh of same dealer but under Car lease policy as I was told that it would only take * months for the delivery and it will be much quicker under Car lease Policy scheme but in that case too things did not worked out and I am still kept in void without any updates. Booking details for this car are attached herewith. When I followed up again during the *st week of June, Nagesh calls me on **/**/** and tells me that the initial model which were booked on **th Feb and **th April are not available any more and asked me go for SX Executive for which I was fine initially but later I identified that this model does not come in Automatic version. Sad that the dealers are not sure of what cars they are selling after all. I have interacted with several Azeez, Nagesh and Srinivas AGM at the above said dealer address. None of them were helpful. They made me book the vehicle twice with promise to have the vehicle delivered earlier than the timelines mentioned but in both the cases they have failed to fulfill the promise. Srinivas AGM was very arrogant and had ridiculed my request upon my follow ups. I was the one who always followed up with Srinivas, AGM for updates and he simply ignores my calls and disconnects my calls on the face. I in fact got his number when I raised a complaint with Hyundai Motors but he simply disregarded my requests and advises me to use my common sense and stop calling him. He even went a step forward as advised me to cancel the booking. This is the latest complaint ref ID *********** I request the concerned authority to please step in to take action on such rude behavior of the companies towards customers. They have never fulfilled their promises instead they made me make rounds to their showroom without any results.
