Hyundai Motors India Limited - Hyundai car booking done but no confirmation received

I had booked i** **** car in the pre-launch period on **th Oct **** by paying Rs.*****/- on the online platform offered.

Based on the conversation with car dealer (Shivam Hyundai, Pune), I had expected that I will get the delivery in the month of Dec ****. I also sold my existing car due to the nearing year ending.

However, even afer several follow-ups with the dealer and Hyundai sales executive, I have not got a confirmation on the final booking of the car and it's expected delivery date.

The delay in delivery is not acceptable when the car was booked on the second day of its pre-launch.

I need assistance in getting the car delivered on time to avoid further mobility issues for me and my family.
