Hi,
It has been an extremely frustrating experience with Xiaomi customer service so far. I reported the TV Display issue to their customer service dept on Dec *, **** and was promised ** days of turnaround time to fix the issue. Then, it was extended to one month and the deadline date promised was - Jan *, ****. Despite multiple follow ups, it was NOT resolved within the new deadline of * month.
Finally, the TV arrived on Jan **, **** (which was more than *.* months from the date of report). It was ** inch TV as a replacement but a disappointment when I heard the TV audio. There is NO Base at all.
My concerns are:
*. Huge delay in resolving the issue (that too not completely resolved yet).
*. It is definitely NOT the Dolby sound in the TV as there is no Base. Big question on quality. I have been using a ** inch MI TV for over * years and it sounds way better than the ** inch TV that I received.
*. I am not sure if this is a brand new TV or a refurbished one.
*. The TV box was not sealed when it arrived. The box had already been opened before.
*. There was NO TV Remote with the TV.
*. There were NO Table Stand Bases.
*. On Jan **, I received a text message stating - "Dear Xiaomi Customer,
As discussed, we request you not to accept the product at the time of delivery. The order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be processed within * days, once the product is returned to our warehouse."
I have sent multiple emails at: Service.in@xiaomi.com & grievancesupport@xiaomi.com and also called at their customer support number but no action from their side yet. Also submitted complaint at: https://in.event.mi.com/in/questionnaire/email_us
