NOBROKER COMPLAINT :
I am getting lot of pressure and I didn't get proper response from support team. Finally I got escalation contact and reaching you.
*. I contacted sales team on **nd April for packers and movers service
*. They provided quotation on **rd April and confirmed the booking **th morning *AM. Then they shared one payment link that is not working properly. I tried multiple times I didn't get proper solution for that issue.
*. I called customer support and they gave commitment for **th April *pm movement (no broker will give voice support only between **am - *pm) and the same call itself increased package amount Rs. *** and confirmed service @*pm. I paid token amount in the same call itself. But in app it is showing **th April *am.
I took leave today and waiting for full day in home. I couldn't take one more day leave for the same reason.
What is the solution for my problem?
I am doing continuous tracking from morning and wasting my time and money.
I couldn't able to see my quotation and history in app.
Without my confirmation how you are booked tomorrow. If I am not available then you increase the amount again and you will cheat me again.
Who is the responsible for my today's loss.
Atleast I am expecting quick response from your end.
