PRAMIT REJ filed complaint against HP on Oct 15, 2023
I purchased a new HP laptop of model no. **s-fq****TU (P/N: *P***PA#ACJ) with Serial No. *CD***CH*X from Computer Corner, Burdwan, West Bengal, India on **.**.****. The GST invoice and barcode Sticker are attached herewith for your reference. I purchased this model with the correct information that this model is applicable for the HP Festive Rush Offer (*-Year Extended Warranty + *-Year Accidental Damage Protection) from the website as well as from the dealer. So I registered for HP Festive Rush Offer on https://www.redeemnow.in/hpfestiverushoffer on **.**.**** (Agreed for next payment of Rs. ****) and received the Redemption Code WYUJ******WY. But on **.**.****, HP Redemption Cell informed me that it rejected with the reason "Dear customer we would like to inform you that your purchased model is not covered under offer, therefore your claim is invalid". But on the https://www.redeemnow.in website as well as in the offer pdf (Pages **-**) it clearly indicates that my laptop model **s-fq****TU is included in this offer. My laptop (Model No. **s-fq****TU) comes under the HP **/** model with the product series FQ, which is clearly included in the provided tables of the offer PDF. I have also attached the offer pdf herewith for checking. Please check the tables in Pages ** and ** properly. I contacted the HP company and the HP redemption cell several times, but every time they confused me without any proper reason. So, as per me, HP circulates a misleading advertisement by HP Festive Rush Offer. So please help me to defend HP as they confuse me so much after buying a new HP laptop from an authorized reseller.
