Hp - HP not not responding on my laptop repair issue from 2 months

I had purchased a laptop on **th of August **** which was an HP laptop from Vijay sales. From nearly two months, I have been facing an issue with the laptop of cooling fan .I tried contacting the HP service center. My laptop is still in warranty, every time I call then they tell me to wait for one week and when I call them to know the status of the case they again tell me to wait for another one week this has been happening from nearly two months. When I had logged the issue with they the agent and the technician didn’t responded my calls. This has caused a lots of issue in my academics also in my freelancing business. I had to borrow another computer from my friend for attending the lectures because of this delay. From * months I had stop my freelancing business which was my source of income. From past ** days the laptop is with them, actually they are ignoring my case. My case id is **********
