I recently purchased a HP laptop from a HP dealer. It has been working fine since * months and all of a sudden when I turn on my laptop on a day, its not working. its completely dead and when I contact the customer care, there is a liquid spill(which is considered as a physical damage) and its not covered under warranty. then I have to pay ***** to get it fixed.
From my side, I am not sure how to prove this and I have used it professionally and I have been using HP laptops since ** years. I have no idea how this has happened and I am suspecting the components used in the laptop. I do not want to pay any charges further and I want this to be resolved.
