HPCL - Hp Gas not booked even after the payment

I had ordered for the refil of cylinder through the android app my hp gas and made the payment of *** rupees through digital payment mode via phonepe. The transaction was completed still there was no booking done. My money got deducted and was transferred to the upi handle of hp gas. It's been * days neither the amount has been refunded nor a booking has been done. I want the refund for my payment. I have attached the screenshots of payment as a proof
