Non refund of Failed Transaction
I had been doing a transaction of *** to HPCL for booking of gas refill on SBI-epay Gateway on **.**.****. During processing of payment, SBI-epay gateway got hanged. Amount of Rs. *** was deducted from my account but booking was not done. I have waited for my refund for more than one month but same is not refunded till date. Transaction details is UPI/############/SBIEPAY.HPCL-*******@SBI.
Therefore, I request to you kindly look into the matter so that my deducted amount may be credited in my account.
