How to File a Complaint with Indian Railways?
I know that passengers can report issues through Helpline Number *** to lodge complaints.
And we can use Indian Railway's website and submit complaints at online portal. But what to do if these channels are not working?
I have used RailMadad and filled the grievance form to file complaint and have sent SMS to **-**********.
But it looks that nobody cares.
Can you help voxya?
