Sarvesh kumar filed complaint against OYO on May 5, 2022
I had booked a room through oyo application on **th April when I went to Lloyd residency ( oyo collection O***** Lloyd residency c-* kalkaji , near kalkaji police station, Nehru Place , Delhi)but they deny to give room which I have booked and have already paid ****. They said that they don’t take a booking from oyo which I have struggled for whole night to search room. The staff that time was present also did not have the skills to talk to the customer.I will post on social platform also how much I suffered because of oyo and oyo customer care no. My phone got disconnected saying that I am transferring your call to Senior executive and hotel staff behaviour towards me .
