Worst experience, Hotel was not sanitised or not even clean, there was no set-top box, TV was not working, toilet was dirty, toilet seat was broken, there were cockroaches all over the room, garbage outside the room, bedsheets were not clean, towel was not provided, room was *rd Class. This is not a hotel it's a PG. Even toilet paper was not provided and normal water was not available also.
OYO hasn't even resolved this idsue
And of course One of OYO customer care executive mentioned that IT'S A VERY NICE HOTEL AND IT COMES UNDER OYO SO YOU WON'T FACE ANY PROBLEM IN THIS HOTEL KINDLY PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
