Yatra.com is a cheat company. I booked for executive room in * star hotel in Ahmedabadand paid online. I got hotel voucher and confirmation from Yatra.com. After travelling for ***km, when I reached to the hotel at **pm, the hotel denied my booking. After an hour of waiting on call with Yatra, they first asked me to find another hotel on my own (i have * month old baby with me) when I didnt agree, they found a hotel for me. After reaching to the new hotel around *am, i came to know it was * star dodgy hotel, rooms were filthy, washroom was unhygine, towels were used, bedsheets were used, blanket didnt have any cover! It was horrible experience. I checked out at *am without shower or brushing my teeth. I have never stayed in such a hotel. After I complain the next day and asked for my money back, they changed my booking id and their advisor told me that I had chosen that hotel and there will be no refund issued to me. There were number of calls and emails with uneducated, insane advisors. Finally they offered to give me the difference back(difference of what i booked for * star and tariff card of d garde hotel). They emailed me stating the DGrade hotel booking id (the booking i never did) and mentioned as a compensation they will give me **** rs (which is actually the difference of room rate). * days after the email, they are still not giving me money. Yatra is cheater, even people in india should avoid it. If yatra ceo stays in the hotel with his * month old (where there is no hygine) they forced me to stay, i will pay that money to yatra ceo. Money is nothing, but neither me, my husband or my * month baby deserved what they did to us. Plus no apology from yatra, they dont care after they get the money. I am British and my baby got allergic reaction after staying in the room. So if you are foreigner or Nri and dont want your family to suffer avoid yatra at any cost
