Booked Hotel in Secunderabad via AGODA app on September **, ****, FabHotel WR Grand I - Nr Apollo Hospitals, Secunderabad for family including a baby of ** months old. when reached at * AM (night) found the hotel was a shared building with multiple names, and shady, unhygienic environment, rooms allocated to us had bad odor and dirty bedsheet & covers (they didn't even change after last guest left). Seeing safety concern we couldn't check-in, asked Manager to cancel they denied citing system issue. we left went to another hotel - imaging the situation * am searching for another hotel with * year old, thank GOD we had our own vehicle (travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad for some medical emergency in family). Now after multiple complaints and means to reach AGODA is not responding or keeps on asking for supporting documents but no resolution even after * month of the incident.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
