I booked a room at GOKARNA MID BEACH STAY FOR **/**/****, through GOIBIBO. But the GOIBIBO system generated a booking for **/**/****.I immediately contacted the GOIBIBO. Knowing the error, GOIBIBO they changed booking for **/**/****. When I reached the Hotel Gokarna Mid Beach Stay, the staff denied the room and were arrogant. When I asked for a refund, he started abusing me. I then contacted the GOIBIBO immediately, the Goibibo Executive also contacted the hotel. But the hotel refused to provide room. I had to take another hotel for Rs. ****/-. I have been continuously requesting GOIBIBO to refund me my booking amount, but they are not cooperating. Now I want a full refund along with extra I had to pay for my stay i.e Rs.****/-
